Access to the entire home, expansive yard, and surrounding forested area with walking trail. There is an "owner's closet" in the main master bedroom that is locked & not accessible to guests. There is a garage that is locked and not accessible to guests. There is a storage room downstairs that is locked not accessible to guests. This is not our primary residence. We are available by phone and email as needed. This house has panoramic views of the Asheville city skyline and is a short drive to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Mount Pisgah is close by and can be seen clearly as you drive from Asheville to Highland House. The area is quiet and relaxing. There is a full grocery store 10 minutes away and convenience stores and restaurants 5 minutes away. The area has rolling hills, forested land, and some horse and cow pastures. The occasional hot air balloon can be seen landing in a near by field. You can call an Uber or other car service for transportation to and from the house as needed. The price goes up per person for groups larger than 2 guests. The living room is sunken by one step from the main level of the house. The master king bedroom walk-in closet is kept locked for private use by the owners. There is a full dresser for use by guests and there is a hanging rack available. The guest queen bedroom has a large walk-in closet.
