The town centre is a mile away with plenty of shops and restaurants and Exmouth offers a wide variety of activities, such as kitesurfing, sailing, kayaking, paddleboarding , hikings, mountain biking and rowing, endless hours of fun. It is also next to the start of the world heritage Jurassic Coast footpath. The town centre is a about a mile away with all the conveniences of a large town, including a train station, leisure centre, and cinema. The cathedral city of Exeter is just 10 miles away and only 45 mins drive to the stunning National Park of Dartmoor. Guest access Access is not permitted to the main property. You will share parking and the pathway up to the annex. The Annex has it's own courtyard. The key safe if by the front door, on the righthand side, about elbow/shoulder height. There is a torch and a pair of reading classes underneath it if you arrive at night and its dark! There is an umbrella in case it’s raining too! Hopefully not as it is sunny Devon!
