Central Oxford ensuite double & light breakfast

You will be staying in our home in central Oxford. This is a great room to use as a base to discover Oxford for a few days as we are just below Christchurch (of Harry Potter fame!) and opposite the Head of the River. Double bed, storage, en-suite shower room & table/chairs for work or dining. This is a private bedroom & bathroom in our home. A light breakfast is available to be enjoyed in the room inc. cereals, milk, OJ and yoghurt. There is a fridge & kettle also. The space Your bedroom is a private space in our home. There is a shared entrance to enter the apartment where you may see your hosts and other guests. South facing, incredible natural light, polished wooden floors throughout and adjoining balcony which you can enjoy during your stay. View The view from the balcony is of the river and overlooks The Folly restaurant. The room is a quiet haven in the heart of Oxford. Guest access You have access to the following: Bedroom/ Ensuite Your room also has a table and two chairs in it for you to work or enjoy drinks and food. Shared balcony overlooking the river Isis (Thames). The ensuite comes with a mini fridge complete with a light breakfast option and tea and coffee making facilities. Please note the room does not come with full kitchen facilities and we do not offer our kitchen or dining room at any time. Food We have provided a table and chairs for guests and ask you to enjoy Oxford’s cafes and restaurant’s or their takeaway services in your room. Washing Machine/ Dryer We are happy to help with one load of washing to help guests who are travelling for extended periods. The fee to wash and dry is £20. During your stay You will be staying in our home so if you need help, you can always ask for help or advice and we will give it whenever and wherever possible. If we are not available in the apartment, you can always message myself or Mark anytime. Other things to note Parking There is no parking for guests at the apartment as we are very central. Check out the Redbridge Park and Ride or Just Park for parking close to the apartment. Kitchen Access/ Food/ Living Room We do not offer access to any of our living areas such as kitchen, dining or living room I am afraid. Having said this, we are located in the city centre and therefore have a fantastic range of cafes, fast food joints and fine dining restaurants within walking distance! As mentioned, there is a table and two chairs in your room if you’d prefer to get takeaway and eat food in your room. However, please be respectful when it comes to what types of foods you bring into the bedroom. Check out Tripadvisor for top food places and tourist things to do in Oxford. We are also here to help as well. Other AirBnb Guests We have another AirBnb room in the apartment, so you may see other guests while you stay. Dogs We have a 5 year old dog Vizsla and a 2 year old Great Dane. They live with us in the apartment, please be aware if you are not a fan of dogs that you may need to consider this when booking. Clothes Washing We can offer one load (a medium size bag) of laundry per stay for £20 (£10 wash and £10 dry). Please ask for details.
