Family friendly, there are two large swimming pools on site as well as a children's wooden play area. The apartment can be rented with others in the development to accommodate larger groups of visitors. The space The grounds of this San Gimignano vacation rental are beautifully kept, with rolling terraced lawns, an abundance of flowers, two swimming pools and children's play park. Please note that one pool is for adults only whilst the other is for children and their families. In one direction guests can enjoy panoramic views of the Volterra hills whilst in the other direction, you are just able to glimpse San Gimignano's stunning skyline of towers. Apartment Basilico has an open plan living, dining and kitchenette area. The kitchenette in this San Gimignano vacation rental is small but well equipped with fridge, small oven and coffee machine. The apartment also has a modern bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet and sink. There is one double room downstairs whilst upstairs there is a triple room perfect for adults or children. There is an outside area at the front of this San Gimignano vacation rental where a table and chairs are provided for outdoor dining. A large communal BBQ is also available for your use. The property enjoys free WIFI. internet access, satellite TV and is fully air conditioned. Staff are on site to ensure your stay is as relaxed and enjoyable as possible. Guests can also enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast in the dining room for a small additional charge (12 euros per day). There is also a restaurant on site serving lunch and evening meals. Please note that rates exclude a 1.50 euro per person per day city tax payable locally on arrival. In peak season, arrivals must be on either a Saturday or Sunday. We may be able to provide an extra bed in the apartment for an additional cost of 30 euros per night. A cot can also be provided at an additional rate of 15 euros per night.
