We will be delighted to welcome you for a few days of vacation in this 3-bedroom mobile home, with every comfort, equipped with air conditioning for hot summer days and a large terrace so you can have breakfast with your family and enjoy the surrounding nature. From May 1 to September 20, you can enjoy the shared outdoor pool. We are located outside the city center, on the heights of Viviers, in a quiet and relaxing environment. The space The bungalow is located in a large wooded park where there are 5 other bungalows, large spaces, a shared swimming pool, a chicken coop, etc. Parking is located at the top of the park, cars do not go down into the park, small carts are available for luggage and groceries. At the top of the park is the farmhouse, composed of our home but also 3 cottages for 4 to 6 people and 3 other small bungalows for couples. We have designed the park to create independent and unoverlooked spaces, so that you can have the terrace in complete privacy. We have taken special care of the green spaces in order to create a natural haven of peace, with a varied flora so that the fauna can live there in peace. The bungalow is from March 2025, it is 4 m by 8.50 m, it is located on a platform to the northeast of the pool, you access it after 4 steps by a terrace semi-covered by a pergola, with plancha in season (from May to September), the front door opens onto the living room/kitchen area with TV, sofa, table and chairs, the bathroom is adjoining with the master bedroom equipped with a queen size bed (160/190), on the other side are the two bedrooms with each two single beds and the toilet. The bungalow is fully equipped: - dishes - necessary for cooking - coffee maker (Malongo pod), kettle - microwave, induction cooktop, hood, refrigerator with freezer - Air conditioning - heating The bungalow is a March 2025 model, we took it with reinforced insulation to offer optimal comfort in any season, from summer to winter. The bedroom windows are equipped with mosquito nets and blackout blinds. Guest access You will have access to free parking, a laundromat (€4/machine), the swimming pool shared with the other bungalows (from 05/01 to 09/20), the park. Check-in is from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., if your arrival is scheduled after 8 p.m. it can be done independently, you will simply have to indicate it to me so that I can explain the procedure on the day of your arrival. Other things to note We are located 3 km from the city center of Viviers, it is desirable or even essential to have a car in order to get around easily and to visit the surroundings in the best possible way. For shopping: * In Viviers: there is a small store for groceries: Carrefour Contact located 7 minutes away by car. There are also 2 bakeries, one in the center and one in Place de la Roubine, towards the marina. * Le Teil: you have Intermarché, which also has Drive, it takes 12 minutes by car but it also offers home delivery. * In Montélimar Sud: there is Leclerc Drive and Carrefour which has drive-through but also home delivery The options we offer: - end-of-stay cleaning: €30 - Bed linen and shower towel rental: €10/person - washing machine: €4 per machine Registration Details 0734600001654
