Victorian Garden Apartment - Petaluma’s West Side

The Petaluma Victorian Garden Apartment is on the ground floor (some refer to it as a basement) of a 1880s Victorian home. Petaluma’s historic downtown is only 5 blocks away from this private solar powered one bedroom apartment. You can also shop at the Petaluma Premium Outlet mall. Petaluma is centrally located to world class wineries in Sonoma and Napa Valleys and the beautiful Sonoma and Marin coasts. San Francisco is also easily accessed using the nearby freeway or public transportation. The space Inside the gated entrance is your private outdoor space that includes a patio table, lounge area, and a BBQ. The apartment is a cozy one bedroom with a full bathroom (no tub). The bedroom has a queen size bed and an armoire that provides plenty of storage. The kitchen includes a cooktop (no oven), full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, sink, Keurig coffee maker and hot pot. Pots, pans, glasses, plates, and silverware are also provided. The living room includes a Smart HDTV that is controlled by Roku/Sling. WiFi access is also provided. Parking on the street is available. We are registered with the City of Petaluma as a Short Term Rental Property, Permit: PLVR-18-0023. DISCLAIMER: Since the apartment is on the ground floor of a Victorian, the ceiling height is 6’ 9” to 7' and is better suited for folks 6’2” or shorter. The front door is at a height of 6’. Taller folks are welcome but we also want you to feel comfortable. Guest access Guests have a private entrance and patio. The host does not have access to the apartment through an interior door or interior staircase. The only access to the apartment is through the private entrance. Other things to note The property is powered by solar panels located on the roof. Brooks Note Winery is a short two block walk from the apartment. They specialize in very well made Pinot Noir and other varietals. They also have live music on Fridays in the early evening. Please check their website for details. Chao Chan Thai Restaurant is one block from the house on Petaluma Boulevard. They have excellent fresh Thai food and available for take-out as well.
