Vacation on the horse farm near the Danube Valley

The "Vogelhof auf den Harthöfen," which belongs to Nusplingen, is surrounded by our active horse stable. All animals (horses, goats, chickens, ducks, cat and dog) live in their social group on the approximately 7-hectare site. The space The 5-room apartment (approx. 100 sqm), which was completely renovated in 2020 and is flooded with light, has two (optionally 3) bedrooms (if there are more than 4 paying persons, another bedroom with a separate bathroom is also available), a living room with a cozy sofa bed and a cozy kitchen-living room, while a bathroom with shower and toilet complete the apartment. The comfortable and spacious apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. By arrangement, you are welcome to bring your fur friend. The apartment has a separate entrance on the 1st floor of the building and is reached via a covered arcade, which can also be used as a balcony at the same time. From there, you enter the apartment into the also new kitchen-living room, which offers everything you expect from a kitchen. Whether ceramic hob with extractor, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker or washing machine, nothing is missing. We have paid attention to the highest quality in the equipment, so you can enjoy your breakfast in a solid wood kitchen, equipped with BOSCH kitchen appliances. Both bedrooms have double beds. The optional third bedroom has a French 140x200cm bed. The Biedermeier cabinets and the inventory such as buffets have been largely restored by us ourselves and are partly from family ownership. From all the windows you can follow the hustle and bustle around the yard, as our horse live stable is laid out around the property. In the morning, you will be woken up by a cheerful horse shepherd, goat congregation or chickens, and duck cutters. The animals and therefore agriculture characterize our everyday life on the bird farm. You live with us and around us on the "Vogelhof" whose naming is self-explanatory, what you will immediately perceive when you visit us. The Danube Valley is very popular with climbers and reachable in about 7 minutes by car In winter with usually sufficient snow conditions at about 900 meters above sea level, the cross-country skiing trail and the ski lift can be reached on skis from the farm. Ski buckle up and off you go!! Go on vacation!!! Horse Assisted COACHING At our place at the Vogelhof, seminars can be booked for personal education for private individuals as well as teams and groups from an operational context. By means of horse-backed coaching, everyone can strengthen their personality, leadership skills, and communication skills. The horses give real feedback, which allows them to recognize, reflect, and change their own behavioral patterns. Horses are honest, sensitive, and authentic. As escape animals, they respond directly to the smallest nonverbal signals, emotions, and the charisma of their counterpart. As a result, they show us people how to act on others, teach us how to set boundaries, but also build trust and resolve conflicts. Horse-supported coaching is not therapy! Horses live in the here and now, so the approach of coaching is based on solution and future orientation. In all the exercises you experience the horse with all your senses without riding it. Prior knowledge or experience with horses is not required to take advantage of this innovative, scientifically proven method. Guest access The entrance to our cozy apartment is located in the courtyard and is reached via a covered pergola on the first floor.
