Our home is a 3 bedroom modern stand alone house with internal garaging the 1st room has a single and room for extra mattresses ,2nd room a king bed and 3rd room is a sunny conservatory with a queen bed.The house is 13 years old and is insulated and has double glazed windows very warm. Nearby sites include patea shops and museum ,Dawson Falls and Tawhiri Museum,Patea Beach,Taranaki ski fields,rail trail,Gateway to surf hwy and the forgotton hwy. Hawera 27.7km,Hurleyville Dam 39km, The space Close to Dairy and takeaways and Gas station,Laundromat ,Pharmacy and patea Beach,Four Square,Cafe and Patea museum and a must see very popular Tawhiti Museum in Hawera only 15 minute drive away Guest access Lots of space in house especially in garage for parking your vehicle also Parking on driveway and front lawn heaps of mattresses in garage if needed for the small ones Other things to note large internal garage with remote great for vintage car or personal car out of the weather and safe We in future will allow animals once some fencing and gate is done watch the space
