Apartment has : 3 bedrooms , kitchen , 2 big balconies with outdoor table and chairs , 2 big toilete , big living room and yard. We use only high quality linens and mattresses for your comfortable sleep. In the hotel , you will find all necessary amenities like:shampoos , toothbrushes , disposable soaps and high quality fresh towels, bathrobes and slippers in the flat. The space This is private house in the centre of Old tbilisi. So beautiful and quiet place . The house has private yard , where everything is full of leafs , so everything is green . Around the house there are located govermant buildings , like “parlament” .A lot of tourists who has visited our apartment ,liked so much and in their opinion this is the most comfortable place in Tbilisi , because the first of all it is the best place to have a rest in a quiet street , and also this hotel is located in the centre of the city , because of this you can go and see everything sightseeings in the minutes. Guest access There is a yard in this apartment. Which is private and nobody can come without you. Other things to note This apartment is full of everything. Nothing must be additional . But if some tourists want something which is not in our apartment , they can contact us 2 weaks ago and we will make everything for your comfort.
