The bike path along the L390 is heavily frequented as part of the award-winning tourist cycle route "Fietsallee am Nordkanal" from Neuss to Venlo and as an important everyday route for Kaarster cyclists and therefore particularly important. If you feel like sports, you can play badminton, tennis and squash at Tespo Sportpark An der Wegscheider Heck 2. In Alpenpark Neuss you can ski or snowboard not only in winter but also in summer. The four-seater chairlift takes you to the “mountain station“ in the ski hall. The main slope is 300 m long and 110 m high.
