Les Villas du Lac offers a swimming pool, tennis, children's games, mini golf, sports field, restaurant, laundry, bike rental. Close to the lake (300 meters) and the beach (1200 meters), our 50 m2 3-bedroom salt villa is ideally located. The forest is directly accessible when leaving the residence. The bike paths surround you, making this place an ideal family vacation spot, so leave your car. The residence is closed but the gardens are shared. Villa Salée is designed for families and offers ideal comfort, with a maximum capacity of three adults. 〰 Composed of a bright living room, facing south🔆. There is a living room with a TV and a dining room with a large table for 5 people. On the kitchen 〰 side, you will find it equipped with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave, oven, TASSIMO coffee maker (Coffee, Chocolate, Tea). ☕ 〰 The bathroom is composed of a shower 🚿 and a simple vanity with storage and a washing machine. The toilet is separate🚽. 〰 As for the two bedrooms🛏, they are spacious and bright: . The master bedroom is equipped with a 160 cm bed, and a large integrated dressing room, a low cabinet, with direct access to the terrace. . The dorm is equipped with a bunk bed (sleeping 3), a large built-in dressing room. 〰 Located at the back of the residence, the place is not very busy and it is close to the forest. 🌳 〰 A south-facing terrace🔆, friendly, with a dining area for 5 people. It is equipped with a Weber electric barbecue and a water point🚰. A blind allows you to cover it if needed in case of heat⛱. 〰Cleaning: 🧹You'll find cleaning products, a vacuum cleaner, a mop. TOWELS AND BED LINEN provided!!! 〰 Infants: 🍼👶🏻 We have a bathtub, a bed umbrella with a comfortable mattress (sheets are at your disposal) and a high chair. 〰 Children: beach games, tennis rackets, mini golf set, petanque balls, ball, books, board games... 〰 For animals, 🐶🐱 we offer a bowl for a water point. 🐶🐱Dogs Friendly!!!! Pets must be declared before arrival. There will then be an extra charge. Guest access 🚗 Enjoy easy and hassle-free access, 200-seat parking with free access, with a height limited to 2.10 m. No complicated access codes, just the tranquility of a place where the bike is king. 🚶🏻‍♀No cars can circulate in the residence, making it a safe family place. We are at the back of the residence and we leave you a cart to facilitate your arrival and departure. The place is suitable for walking but especially cycling🚲. 🔑You will be completely independent in accessing the accommodation thanks to a key box. 🍽 Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a guide where you can find absolutely all the recommendations for your stay regarding restaurants, activities, visits to make your stay unique and unforgettable! 🛒 A Spar and Proxi are 4 minutes away by bike in Vieux Boucau, and 🥖a "LUCAS" bakery. 🧺 The regional products MARKET. Hypermarket and LIDL in Soustons, 10 min by car.
