The kitchen, open and fully equipped, makes it easy to prepare your meals (stovetop, sink, storage...). A laundry room is also available for convenience during your stay. Outside, you will enjoy a large landscaped garden with above ground pool, sunbeds, covered terrace with table and barbecue, as well as different relaxation areas. The accommodation also has a private waterfront space with fishing spots, perfect for lovers of nature and tranquility. The whole is located in a quiet environment in the countryside, while remaining close to Angouleme. Guest access Gite located in a fenced wooded park, ideal for travelers looking for a quiet place, and safe for children and pets who can enjoy 1500 m of greenery, in addition: picnic spot by the river, reserved for our gite, all 50 m away. We accept passing bikers, locked garage for motorcycles, bikers ourselves.
