The property is in the heart of the town of Sedbergh, with views out of the kitchen window to the fells. Set on a quiet street whilst being only 3 minutes walk to the high street where you can find good pubs, restaurants, coffee shops and various other shops. It is spacious and light and works well. The space The sitting room is spacious and light. The dining table seats 6 comfortably. The kitchen runs off this area as do the stairs to the basement which has access outside to paved seating area with views of the fells. The basement is a good size and can be used to store bikes and outside equipment/clothing wellies etc. We have a pool table in the basement. Guest access You have full access to all the space.
