Large cottage Les Marmottes, Nordic bath and sauna

The pleasure of coming to the mountains to the Les Marmottes cottage is that you don't need air conditioning: you can cool off with your feet in the water, under the courtyard, in the shade of the trees or in the Nordic bath. Ideal for families and friends with its ping pong table, it is both comfortable and spacious. On site, you can hike, do the via ferrata, practice enduro mountain biking, and cycle with the Col d'Aspin nearby. The valley then offers you its attractions: Neouvielle, Balnea... The space Ideal for sports, family or group, the Marmottes cottage occupies the entire west wing of a stone-walled building, a former holiday camp. The essential asset of this cottage is the spaces: the rooms are large, the large courtyard allows you to live outdoors in summer. Outside you have a fenced garden, you sunbathe, you eat outside on wooden tables and you enjoy your private Nordic bath. It's like a small heated pool or a jacuzzi without bubbles: a wood-fired hot tub, included in the rental. You light the fire and wait for the water to heat up to 37 degrees. The immediate environment overlooks nature. You have direct access to the river, campfire, hiking trail. You will practice cycling between Aspin, Azet, Portet and Peyresourde, mountain biking on the Randuro des Marbres courses, fishing in the Neste d'Aure, climbing with the via ferrata (opening 2026). A room for storing bicycles or equipment. A water jet is available for the equipment. The Marmottes apartment was renovated in 2019 and labeled 3*. It consists of a kitchen-living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 5 bedrooms, a 100 m2 covered courtyard and full equipment: stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, Nespresso, dishes. In the 100 m2 covered courtyard, you can eat, with sink and griddle on site, or play ping-pong. With the fenced garden, your pet will be welcome. The Marmottes cottage is in a set of 5 cottages, so unless you rent the Milan next door, the music must be turned off at 11 p.m. outside. The Milan cottage, with its large indoor room and thick walls, is more conducive to gatherings with music. * PRICE INCLUDES - NORDIC BATH INCLUDED and PRIVATE, wood is provided -the SAUNA: shared, 1h30 per day, bookable on site with a QR code - end-of-stay cleaning of the rooms and bathrooms but not that of the living room that you must clean. It's a 4-seater wooden barrel. It can be booked on site with a QR Code and is free for 1.5 hours of use/day Other things to note The equipment is referred to as a hot tub but it is a wood-fired hot tub. A space has been reserved to make a brazier. Wood logs and wood pellets are provided for the duration of your stay. Consumables (toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, oil, etc.) are provided for short stays of 1 to 2 nights, you must provide the rest. You must empty the garbage cans at the village containers 400 m away.
