Beautiful Bunglow with garden

Our beautiful and comfortable house is a perfect place for winding down after a hectic year. With a beautiful attached garden, you can relax in the evenings. The house is centrally located with banks, market and public transport just a block away. It can house a family of 6 comfortably. Air Cooler in one bedroom and Air Conditioning in one bedroom (Chargeable on actuals for use of Air-conditioner) pocket wifi and cable tv are chargeable (additional cost as per use) The space It is a perfect choice for NRI's coming to India to spend a couple of months with family. The house with its attached garden is spacious enough to handle a large gathering of 25 - 30 people. The house is comfortably furnished and has gas pipeline and good new furniture as well as fully furnished kitchen with Refridgerator, utensils and cutlery. Guest access It is our dream retirement home. So please maintain it well. The guests are welcome to use the entire house and garden. During your stay I'll try to be available to greet you. Since I live 60 kms away, hence if I am not able to be there, I'll have my neighbors help you settle in and I will come and meet you within 24 hrs and try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Other things to note I can arrange for a maid, cook and a laundry-service for extra charges, if informed in advance. I can also introduce you to an auto-rickshaw driver whose services you can book through a phone call. I can provide with local number (prepaid) with prior intimation. Internet access can also be arranged with prior notification. phone, internet connection, use of Air Condition and cable TV will be additionally chargeable as per actual usage.
