Luxury beach house an hour from Cape Town

Exceptional house between the ocean and the mountains, surrounded by waves & rocks. You can see Cape Point, Table mountain and wildlife: baboons, mongoose, dolphins, whales, seals and lots of birds from our windows. 150 sqm open space; living and dining, kitchen with exceptional view. The master bedroom suite has an open bathroom with shower and bathtub and a closed toilet with bidet. Inverter during load shading. Strictly max 4 registered guests allowed in the property. No visiting guests. The space The center of the house is a large open space; living room, kitchen and a dining room. There are two bedrooms, a smaller one with a small bathroom on the ground floor and the master bedroom suite on the first floor with TV, sitting area and bathroom. We have an exceptional 270 degree view of the ocean and mountains. There are open and covered terraces around the house. The house beautifully decorated with lots of art and design furniture, white both inside and outside. It is not suitable for small children. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house. The house is strictly only for max four people. No guests, no party. There is a separate apartment, in the same building at the other end of the house. It is an other Airbnb listing, could be rented separately. There are a few pictures about the studio at the end of the pictures. Other things to note The house is strictly max four persons, no guest , no party. We have a house keeper who cleans the house daily except on weekends and public holidays. We ask you not to smoke and not to wear shoes in our house please. It is not allowed to make fire anywhere in our village. We have a built in grill/barbecue/braai which is available for our guests. Please bring your own wood. Please do not leave the fire unattended, we live in a high fire hazard area. We provide pellet for the stove in winter, enough for average use in winter. If you need extra, we will ask you to pay for it. There are three TVs in the house which you can use for watching videos or connect your device with your HDMI cable. DSTV is also available. Please dont move our furniture and arts around. The bathtub is strictly for one person.
