Palisade Cottage

Traveling nurses and others who want to spend time in Palisade! Here is a charming house, with everything you need for a comfy temporary home. Walk to everything in downtown Palisade. Ride your bike to 8 wineries on a 7 mile loop. NOTE: PER PALISADE REGULATIONS, THIS RENTAL IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR PERIODS OF 30 DAYS OR LONGER. The space Wonderful location in lovely Palisade, Colorado - visit the Grand Mesa, the Colorado National Monument and other spectacular places to hike and bike. Ski Powderhorn in the winter, just 30 minutes away on the Grand Mesa. Just 20 minutes to hospitals and downtown Grand Junction. Guest access Enjoy the whole house and sunny back yard, take care of your laundry while you are watching TV (with antenna) or cooking a gourmet meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Cable and Wifi can be added by the guest if desired. Other things to note I am only able to rent the house out on a monthly basis, per the town of Palisade regulations for shorter term rentals. I would prefer to rent for the entire winter (November thru March) . There is no home mail delivery in the city limits so you will need a post office box in town. UPS and FedEx will deliver. I will pay the first $50.00 of the utilities and you will be responsible for the balance. There is only ON street parking at this rental.
