The space Apartment 6 = DUPLEX (67,18 m2 + 3 balconies 7,27 m2) The apartment 6 has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and is located in the attic. In the lower part of the apartment there are two smaller balconies and a bigger one, one bedroom with a 180x200 cm sized bed and a kid’s bed sized 70x160 cm, a living room with a big LCD TV with over 500 TV channels, a comfortable sofa (which you can turn into an extra bed), a dining room with a big dining table and cushioned chairs. The kitchen is equipped with all household machines and appliances (a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, a microwave, a water heater, a bigger refrigerator, an induction cooker and a kitchen hood). In this area there is one bathroom with a shower and 2 washbasins, and is separated from the toilet (a toilet and a washbasin). On the top floor of the apartment there is a second bedroom with 3 single beds (3x 90x200 cm) and a second bathroom with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet. The apartment is air conditioned. On both floors you can regulate the temperature separately. The front apartment door has a high level of sound isolation. Complete dimming is possible with electric window shutters. Wi-Fi.
