You will have a pleasant stay in this studio cottage which is quiet, bright and refurbished with direct access to the garden! Welcome! Important clarification: no pets allowed. There are no cleaning fees, the accommodation must be returned clean, as you found it. Parties are strictly forbidden and no smoking is allowed inside. Thanks in advance! 😊 The space The accommodation is very functional. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary dishes. You have all the linen and toiletries at your disposal. Guest access The cottage is completely independent with a private entrance and has a garden just for you with direct access. Other things to note I live next to the maisonette studio, so you can pick up the keys quickly! You can park easily on the street, but parking is paid. It's free at the end of Rue du Placieux. There is a small parking lot next to the Monoprix and the gas station!
