Historic residence located in the Chianti slopes

Splendid, completely renovated detached house is situated in the medieval village of Montegonzi well preserved and still inhabited today. In the highest part of the village is the "Cassero" an ancient medieval mansion of the tenth century. The town is surrounded by extensive olive groves and vineyards, is the last of the Chianti hills about 60 km from Florence, 55 km from Siena and 45 km from Arezzo. It 'a detached house, which can accommodate up to 5 people, renovated with high quality finishes that takes place on three levels. On the ground floor there is the large and equipped kitchen; On the first floor a large master bedroom with stones and exposed beams with attached bathroom and a bedroom, with a bunk bed, where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding hills; on the floor below the kitchen, a small room with sofa bed and a large master bathroom.
