On the ground floor, you are welcomed by a bright, spacious living room in a Mediterranean style. The well-equipped kitchen – including a dishwasher – invites you to cook together, enjoy fresh ingredients from the local market, and spend long, sociable evenings. A separate utility room with a washing machine provides additional convenience. The heart of the house is the 60 m² southwest terrace designed in a Boho style. Surrounded by tropical-Mediterranean plants, you can enjoy sunny hours on the sun loungers, sheltered by a small pavilion or under the parasol.
