Our cozy house is ideal for couples, friends, families and adventurers, with or without children, with or without animals, who want a quiet, rural and not very touristy environment. Rich in hiking and routes, or just to relax and rest... in both cases, to disconnect ;) It is interesting to know that there is a small supermarket that has everything you need and more, a 5-minute drive from the house, in the village of St.Esteve de Llémena. And they're also open on Sundays!: Super Anna. The space The house, as its name suggests, is a charming little wooden house, ideal for spending a few days on vacation and/or relaxing, and enjoying privacy, peace and quiet. The wood, a distinctive feature, gives it the warmth of this material and a special welcome to those who enjoy it. It is located on a one-hectare property in the small neighborhood of Can Perot de Granollers de Rocacorba, in the Llémena Valley, where Gironès meets Garrotxa. It is a two-story house, fully exterior, with a porch and a terrace overlooking the Valley. Downstairs is the kitchen, living-dining room and a full bathroom. The first floor has 3 bedrooms: two with a double bed and a third with 2 twin beds. Outside you will also find a barbecue and garden furniture. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator, oven, microwave, blender, toaster, Italian coffee maker and the necessary utensils for cooking and eating. You'll also find a kitchen towel and tablecloth. Living-dining room with fireplace, air conditioning/heat pump and TV, stereo (CD player, bluetooth, USB), books, games and tourist information about the area. Wifi Rooms with sheets and duvets. Parking area The house is accessed through a 200-meter unpaved road, which also gives access to other houses in the area, and which is in good condition, without problems to transit through it. In the area there are several restaurants: "Can Perot", very close and with a swimming pool; "Can Reixac" in Sant Martí de Llémena, the Cabrit and the café-bar "la Vall" in Sant Esteve de Llémena, where you will also find a small supermarket.
