Experience total privacy in your own home, a 5-minute walk to restaurants, cafes, breweries, & the West Side Market! Enjoy a spacious backyard or hop downtown by car in 3 minutes. Features 4 bedrooms for up to 7 guests. Three bedrooms with separate entrances, with queen-sized beds and attached bathrooms. A fourth bedroom has a plush daybed and shares a bathroom with one of the other bedrooms. We provide fresh gourmet coffee beans, tea options, and Quaker Oats for a healthy breakfast. The space This space has been lovingly furnished with luxury sheets (500 thread count cotton) and high quality mattresses as well as beautiful antique and mid-century furniture throughout the house! Our kitchen is well stocked and has gourmet coffee and tea options (we have several teas and fresh roasted coffee beans, grinder, milk frother, and nice coffee machine and pour over service). We also provide Quaker Oats oatmeal in case you'd like to have a quick, healthy breakfast! The backyard has a new charcoal kettle grill, large outdoor patio table, chairs and umbrella for private cookouts! COVID Cleaning Procedures! In addition to our regular, full cleanings between guests, we are doing additional sanitizing to all surfaces, door knobs, appliances, etc. throughout the home. We ventilate all areas of the home as well. We also have high-thread count white bedding, linens and towels that are washed on the highest temperature with bleach added to remove any potential bacteria or pathogens. We have a total of 4 bedrooms - Upstairs Bedroom 1 - Master Queen sized bed, large dresser, attached Washer and Dryer Room with hanging closet space. Also attached is our extra bedroom/office, (our 1 person Bedroom 4) which leads into the full bathroom with large walk in shower. Upstairs Bedroom 2 - Front Queen sized bed, large dresser, and separate closet. Attached is a bathroom with a beautiful marble and subway-tile shower. Downstairs Bedroom 3 - The Salon This is our unique offering to our guests - a queen sized daybed that has heavy actual theatre velvet curtains to give this space privacy from the main downstairs part of the house - has attached full sized marlbe bathroom with shower and tub, and also a separate closet. All bedding is located inside the closet otherwise the daybed can be used for a cozy salon-style sitting area with curtains opened. This bedroom is ideal for those who don't want to use the stairs and prefer to sleep on the main floor and is handicap accessible. (please note though front doors to entrance of the house have several stairs). Extra Bedroom 4 for 1 person (or private office) This is the extra bedroom located off the Master (Bedroom 1) and Bath - and is set up as a sitting area or office but has fresh bedding for a comfortable, new daybed that folds out into a full sized bed for 1 extra person. Dogs We're happy to welcome well-behaved dogs! There’s a pet fee of $65 per pet. Please note that Airbnb’s system only allows us to charge for one pet upfront—if you're bringing a second, we’ll send a separate request for the additional fee after booking. This fee goes directly to our cleaner to cover the extra time and care required for pet-friendly cleaning. Guest access Our guests have access to the entire house and garden and the driveway accommodates at least 2 - if not 3 vehicles! Other things to note How to use the NEST thermostat located downstairs next to our Salon Bedroom: -Nest thermostats don’t have a touch screen. Use it just like a normal thermostat, turn the round knob to the right when you want it a little warmer, and turn it to the left when you want it a little cooler. To activate it, press the thermostat ring towards the wall (push in) and then you can modify the heat/AC setting. If you change any settings, just press the thermostat ring towards (in) again. Please Note: For rentals that are longer than two months, you may be asked to sign a long-term rental agreement.
