The space This newly built and modernly furnished Bauhaus-style cottage is about 115 m², spread over two levels and, in addition to an upstream terrace with beach chair on the ground floor, has an additional terrace with a large, wrap-around balcony upstairs. The southeast location allows a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside. On the ground floor of the house there are two high-quality furnished bedrooms with real wood parquet. These are each equipped with a comfortable double box spring bed and ample storage space for your holiday wardrobe. One of the bedrooms has an additional LCD TV.   Furthermore, two bathrooms with walk-in shower are available on this level as well as a sauna, which can also be used as an infrared cabin. A hair dryer and washing machine are of course also part of the villa's upscale equipment.   Upstairs you will find a spacious, bright living-dining room with large LCD TV, DVD player, blue ray player, a dining group for six people and two comfortable sofas. One of them can be used as a high-quality sofa bed for two people.   For cozy hours and a particularly cozy atmosphere, a gas fireplace ensures. Two huge panoramic windows as well as a large terrace equipped with comfortable garden furniture with a wrap-around, approx. 23 m² balcony offer a fantastic view.   A fully equipped, modern kitchenette with induction stove, dishwasher, fridge, two freezer compartments, oven, microwave, coffee filter machine, kettle, toaster, egg cooker and various small inventory has been harmoniously integrated into the living-dining area and makes the heart of every amateur chef beat higher.   Ironing utensils, a safe and a free Wi-Fi connection are also available.   In the summer months (May – September), there is also a free beach chair on the nearby Baltic Sea beach.   At the house there are 2 car parking spaces, as well as a lockable storage for bicycles.   This non-smoking house is ideal for 1 to 6 people.   We ask for your understanding in the interest of our guests with allergic complaints that we do not allow pets to be brought.   Please note: The new residential area „ Villas on the Zinglingsberg“ in Binz will continue to be developed in 2020.
