Sunnyside 1, Is One of Two Cheery Beach side Terraces located in the Centre of town, We are located only 300 meters from the footbridge, and only a few minutes walk to Amazing Restaurant’s , Cafes, Mini Golf and all Lakes has to offer, We have off road parking, and we are directly opposite the bus stop. With a new kitchen and bathroom, eclectic decor and private outside entertaining area including a fire pit, and outdoor shower, you will have everything you need for a great getaway. The space Sunnyside / 1 is light and bright and set up for 2 couples or a family, Our master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, built in robes and plenty of space, crisp fresh linens and a smart TV with Netflix for lazy sleep ins, the second bedroom is set up with a double bed, for couples or the family it also has built in robes, both beds have electric blankets for cooler nights. The lounge is bright and fresh it has another smart TV with Netflix and comfortable couch, The new Kitchen has everything you will need including coffee machine, microwave and all crockery and cutlery., there is dining seating for 4. The living room has a reverse cycle heating and cooling system, so you will be comfortable at the push of a button, no matter what time of year you visit. The property has it’s own off street parking at the front and completely private north facing courtyard at the back, With outdoor seating for 6 and a fire pit for the cooler nights, it’s a great yard for relaxing, we also have an outdoor shower for rinsing off or cooling down, there is also a small shed in the courtyard for storage if required for bikes, surf boards or beach equipment. There is also a laundry with washing machine located in the shed. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, with full access and parking form the road Other things to note We have a strict no cooking of crabs at this property. We do provide a small gas burner for use outside if required for cooking crab. There is no cleaning of caught fish or other seafood at this property, there are many areas in town eg: the boat ramps for this to be done This property has a small fire pit, with some wood supplied. We also supply a beach trolley, beach chairs, beach shade and toys for your convenience.
