Fully renovated apartment in a historic building in the heart of old Lisbon and located on a very accessible distance from the city main attractions. You can enjoy the alternative and traditional shops and cafés as well as the renovated Intendente cultural events or just explore the historical centre on foot or by the tram 28 ride. The space * This is a all renovated and fully equipped welcoming and cozy apartment in a historical building in the heart of the city; * Embraced by Graça and the Castle hill and close to cultural Intendente square, Mouraria historical neighbourhood, Rossio and Baixa; * One bedroom with a double bed; * Kitchen and bathroom both renovated; * Nice balcony; * A concerned and caring host and team that will make everything to make your stay the most perfect possible. As this apartment is brand new, please feel free to read the reviews at my other properties; Guest access * Guests have fully acess to all the apartment getting all the privacy they need. The apartment isn't shared with anyone else; * The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for you to take your morning coffee or just cook whatever you want to; * For reservations with one week or more, weekly maid service is also provided at a convenient time for both parties in order to keep the flat always the most clean possible; * A fast and good Wi fi acess is provided in the apartment; * bed linen, bathing towels and the privilege of living in a portuguese beautiful house. Sometimes i have extra gifts and some surprises! Other things to note * Check-in time is from 3 pm to 10 pm and check-out time is until 11 am. Of course that we facilitate early entrances or late check-outs of our guests whenever possible (there is a value of € 25 for early check ins before 3 pm or late night check ins after 8 pm and € 40 after 11 pm). * There is currently a building under construction in front of the apartment but they just work during the day/ weekdays so normal hours. We never had any complains but this is something temporary that you should know.
