A perfect base for visiting the stunning Mourne Mountains and exploring South County Down. Bear Cottage bestows a unique and unforgettable charm. The space The Cottage has been lovingly restored by it’s owners and now offers cosy cottage accommodation for up to 6 people, 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, kitchen, bathroom, parking for 4 cars and a secured shed for bikes. There is a one acre garden with a seating area and BBQ. The cottage is small dog and cat friendly. With forests, mountains, lakes and beaches nearby as well as access to St Patrick’s Trail, this is a great location for sight-seeing. After a day out, spend your evening curled up in front of an open fire, tired but content and ready for big bear sleeps! Guest access The whole cottage and private gardens and car-parking is for your use. Other things to note We love dogs, and this location is perfect for walking, so we welcome well-behaved small dogs at Bear Cottage as long as you compost your own dog mess!!!
