"La Bonne Etoile" is located in the heart of Périgord Noir. The space The wooden house "La Bonne Etoile" is located in the heart of the Périgord Noir at the top of a hill with panoramic views, close to the village of Castelnaud, 18 km south of Sarlat. "La Bonne Etoile" is a 95 m2 wooden house. This charming, bright and warm house, facing south, will seduce you with its quiet and protected environment in the heart of its 2000 m2 lot. Accommodating 6 to 8 people, it consists of 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double beds of 140 cm and a bedroom with bunk beds of 90 cm) and an extra bed in a mezzanine (a double bed of 140 cm), a bathroom, a dining room with equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, with its glass windows, large outdoor wooden terraces partly shaded facing a small pine forest and the heated private pool (6 X 4 X 1.20) offering a superb view of the surrounding countryside.(The pool is heated from June until September, if it is really cold or the weather is bad the pool is not heated) The little extra: under the pine forest, the children's hut will leave them with a sweet memory of "La Bonne Etoile". It is a place conducive to relaxation, idleness borrowed from originality and character. 5 km from the small village of Castelnaud with its castle, shops and pebble beaches on the banks of the Dordogne River, close to the most beautiful sites of the Périgord Noir: Beynac, Roque Gageac, Sarlat-la-Canéda, Domme, Marqueyssac, Les Eyzies, Lascaux,… Pablo will welcome you and tell you the best places in Périgord, restaurants, markets, walks, canoeing on the Dordogne… Guest access The entire house is accessible for guests. Other things to note Since May 2024, the restaurant Dôma has opened its doors, it is located 2 km from the cottage in the village, do not miss it, it's just a delight!!
