For those who love the beach, the property is within walking distance of the stunning beaches at Punta Nera, Punta Tegge, known for breathtaking sunsets, and Nido D'Aquila. Additionally, the picturesque area in the historical center offers easy access to shops, bike hire, and bus stops, making it convenient for exploring the surroundings. Whether dining on the veranda or relaxing in the garden, this property promises a delightful stay. The space This property offers an ideal space for couples and groups, particularly cyclists, within the eco-friendly La Maddalena Archipelago National Park. Located in the town center, it features a walled garden where bikes can be safely parked, and gear can be washed in the outdoor sink. Guests can enjoy the garden shower after a day at the beach. Guest access Walking to the property from the port takes approximately 5 to 10 minutes. During the peak months of July and August, the most convenient parking option is the free car park located in via Barrettini, which is easily found on your GPS. Although it may seem like a detour, you park at the top, walk through the arch, and descend the steps into the heart of the historical centre. Alternatively, you can find parking along the streets near the Guest House. This area is known for its friendly neighborhood atmosphere and is one of the most picturesque spots in the historical centre. At the end of the street, there is a mini market/delicatessen offering cold drinks and panini. From here, you can walk to some of the most beautiful beaches or take a local bus to explore the island of Caprera or Bassa Trinita on the opposite side of the island. While parking in the summer can be challenging, it is manageable, with numerous free car parks indicated on your GPS. During your stay I respect your holiday time and keep to myself, ensuring your privacy is maintained. However, I am generally close by, either in my own apartment or within easy reach, ready to offer advice and suggest itineraries if needed.
