Located in the heart of the city, on Ile de la Cité, the one-bedroom Louplac is one of Paris Perfect’s exquisitely maintained apartments, situated on the 5th floor of in our very own building on historic Place Dauphine. The Louplac features the same quality and attention to detail that you’ll find in all Paris Perfect apartment rentals. State of the art elevator, separate washer and dryer, high security digital locks and double-glazed windows for good sound insulation allows guests to enjoy contemporary comforts in a remarkable 17th century setting. LIVING AREA The open living area is ideal for enjoying a romantic dinner at your own home away from home, or snuggling up with some French wine and taking in the Parisian scenes just outside your window. The living room’s sofa converts to a single bed (80 cm wide) with memory foam mattress. There is also a television in the living room, cleverly concealed behind the fireplace mirror. KITCHEN The small but fully equipped kitchen features top-of-the-line Siemens appliances including a dishwasher, microwave/convection oven, a stove top with four burners, full-size refrigerator with freezer. You will also find a Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and all the pots, pans, utensils, cutlery, dishes and glassware you need to feel at home. BEDROOM - EN SUITE Beautifully decorated in shades of pearl, grey and gold, the bedroom features a comfortable extra-wide queen bed (that can be split in 2 single beds) a widescreen television and an en suite with a shower, toilet and sink. POWDER ROOM There is a separate powder room with toilet and sink. Guest access The apartment is located on the 4th floor (5th American floor) and there is an elevator. Guests have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note Max occupancy includes all members of your travel party, including children under the age of 2.
