Welcome to Botanicahome! We are happy to invite you to enjoy our family’s home. We wanted to create a space where people feel completely comfortable and at home. Each studio apartment is located in the mini building so near old quarter and downtown. This building was built and is operated by own family. We'll try to account for every detail, big and small to delight you and give you a neat, clean, safe, affordable, cozy environment. The space THE STUDIO APARTMENT + 20 square meter with your own kitchen and bathroom, elevator. + Air conditioning + Queen size bed, wardrobe, bedside table + Kitchen table THE KITCHEN + Full kitchen cabinet with basic kitchenware + Fridge, microwave, kettle, pots and pans. + We don’t provide cooking oil, spices (please prepare yourself) Other things to note + When you check in, you need: ID/Passport (image). + Laundry service: 45k VND per 1 kilogram clothes (not included winter clothes) and 90k if less than 2kg clothes. Laundry service is not available for 1 night booking. + Early Check-in or late check-out late: Please DO NOT request early check-in or late check-out in any case. We will support the guests drop luggage first at the ground floor. + 참고 사항: 숙박 기간 동안 매일 수건 교체 및 호텔 하우스키핑 서비스가 제공되지 않습니다. 청소비를 받지 않고 직접 청소해야 하기 때문이다. 청소 비용을 지불하고 싶지 않다면 매일 수건을 갈아달라고 요청하지 마세요. 우리는 이것을 우리 집 규칙에서 언급했습니다. + We have free motorbike parking inside house with 1 motorbike for 1 house (Does not apply to vehicles that are too large in size) + If you drive car, please find a parking nearby yourself, we don't have parking for car. + You might bump into other people living in the building (who are mostly polite and keep to themselves). But be sure to keep your door locked at all times. + A bit note: Guests can cook but please do not cook foods that have a strong smell like curries, hot pot, grilled, hot colors that will cause odors in the room and will be difficult to clean.
