Homy affordable apartment

The apartment is clean and comfortable. There are laundry station , mini market inside the apartment's area There are lots of street food and affordable food outside the apartment area since it is close to a university. Fancy food, good restaurants, Galaxy mall can be reach by car less than 15minutes away. The space It is originally a 2 bedrooms apartment (30m2). The smaller bedroom got modified to a living room with a sofa bed. It is bright in the afternoon (no need lamps) as Daylight gets into the unit from the side window. Guest access Gym and swimming pool are available. Swimming pool is free but gym belongs to vendor. So to use the gym, guests need to pay. Other things to note Please fill in "Guests form" . We will email it to you once booking/deal is made. Notification 2-3 days before arrival would be really appreciated Guests will need to registered their finger print to the management office to be able to use the access card. It is recommended to check in latest at 3pm on weekdays and at 12noon on saturdays On the day of arrival, please spare some time to do checklist with me to make sure everything is set and works
