Beach Flat at Polyxenia for up to 6 persons. 2 persons plus an infant in a cot can sleep in the first bedroom, 2 in the second bedroom and 2 more can sleep in the double sofa bed in the living room. The space This is a 70 m2, fully furnished, fully air conditioned, luxury apartment, located 100 meters away from a sandy beach. The kitchen includes all appliances, such as washing machine, refrigerator, cooker, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and many more. The sleeping capacity is up to 6 persons plus one baby in a baby cot. The flat has one queen size bed in the bedroom and 2 double sofa beds. There is a room connected to the living room that resembles a second bedroom, but it is open (no door giving it privacy), hence the official classification as a one bedroom apartment. A baby cot and high chair are provided at no extra charge. The flat enjoys a privileged location in the middle of the Pernera resort area at the prestigious Polyxenia Complex. Within 100 meters from the flat there is a bakery, supermarket, convenience store, and many restaurants, cafes and lounge bars. On the sea front, a pedestrian path connects Pernera with Protaras Center, approximately 2km away, or 20-30 minutes walk. Water usage is included, electricity is charged separately at a rate of 0.38 Euros per kwh used. Electricity usage is checked at the meter at check-in and check-out. At check-in, the flat is cleaned, with clean sheets and bath towels for 1-4 guests. It is the responsibility of guests to keep the flat clean during their stay, otherwise a cleaning can be requested at 50 Euros each (including new linen). Guests booking more than 21 days may receive a second set of linen and towels at no extra charge. The flat has unlimited wifi at no extra charge, there is also a 55 inch smart tv. Taxi pick up and transfer from the Larnaca Airport to the flat and back is available in a luxury sedan for 60 Euros one way or 120 Euros return. Driving time is 45 minutes.
