You’ll love my place because it is nestled within a gated community right off the popular Isaac John and Joel Ogunnaike streets, next to the Protea Hotel & the Renaissance Hotel by Marriott. It is also close to all the hotels, bars and restaurants in GRA Ikeja. You'll also love watching movies on the 42 inch Nakamichi TV, the Bose Lifestyle 48 Surround Sound system, the location and the serenity. The space The space is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom within a two bedroom townhouse. You'll be sharing house with me or another guest. The kitchen has a gas cooker with 3 gas burners and a hot plate, an oven, a microwave, fridge/freezer combo, and other accessories. Comfortable lounge area with 42" Nakamichi TV and Bose Lifestyle 48 sound system. You will be staying in an airy private room with a comfortable 4 and half by 6 bed, and your own bathroom. The bedroom: There is a bed, 4 pillows and clean sheets with a duvet and cover, 2 bedside tables and a full length mirror. The room comes with an Air-conditioner and a fan. The whole house is wired with an inverter in the event of power failure. You have a massive wardrobe with shelves, hangers, a sock draw and a comfortable couch. The bathroom: There is hand-wash basin, toilet, shower and a tap with a with a water heater. The living room is beautifully decorated with soft furnishing and the dining room is set for dinner for two. Guest access The townhouse would be shared as I live on the property as well. You may come and go as you please while you're here. My home boasts a cute and well manicured front garden with a large queen palm for shade and a sit out area for two. It is a pleasant place to sit with a morning coffee or just to chill in the evenings. It is also a great place to chill after the hustle and bustle of Lagos in the evenings. You have access to the living room to listen to music, watch TV or just chill on the comfortable sofa. You are free to use the kitchen as well, should you like to make a meal. I will provide tea and or coffee on a help-yourself basis. There is an additional mobile wifi. Do let me know in advance if you'd like to use it and I can have it available for your use. You would need to pay for your data plan whilst you are using it. I can make arrangements to get you from & to the airport at a minimal fee so you won't have to worry about finding the address. If you prefer to use the airport taxi, you will find them just after the baggage hall, they have little counters with the taxi company name written on it. I also have a car available to rent at a competitive daily rate should you require a car and a driver while you are here. You can get a local sim card whilst you're here from the Network provider next door to the property. During your stay I have a bubbly and energetic personality and always ready for a laugh. I am also available to hang out if you wish. I am an avid researcher so I would most likely be on my computer reading or watching a documentary. I can also help out in changing your pounds, dollars and euros to our local Naira at a very competitive rate. I speak English, Yoruba ( local dialect), a little Spanish and French. I love to travel and would love to interact with you and also learn about your cultures and home country. Please ask me if you need any advice or directions anywhere in Lagos. Other things to note Whether you are here for a quiet base for a work visit or just wanting to relax and explore Lagos, my place is a great Retreat to Relax and Relate in Lagos. I am easily accessible to help make your stay in Lagos a dream. N.B. The rate displayed is for 1 person, although the space can accommodate 2 people. Should you be coming with someone, select 2 guests on the request to book page and the rate will adjust accordingly. In the event of power failure the back up Generator comes on from 9pm to 9am. There is also an automatic back up inverter for power.
