New Daikin split system air-conditioning/heating in the open plan kitchen/living room as well as ceiling fans in all bedrooms will ensure comfort all year round. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave oven, and ample cookware. Enjoy comfy beds, a library of books and a host of fun games to enjoy during your stay. The property has one bathroom and a separate toilet. The newly renovated laundry can also double as a second washbasin area. The house can sleep up to eight people, with parking for two cars. There are 3 bedrooms with queen size beds in 2 and 2 x single bunks in the third. No pets allowed. *Please note that linen is not included when booking this property* Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels. Alternatively, you can hire linen directly through LinenOnLoan for this property. A refundable Bond is required in addition to your nightly tariff for all bookings, in case of accidental damage.
