The bedroom features a queen-size bed, a dresser, nightstand, and a large closet. The airy living room includes a comfortable sectional, TV with Roku (Guest Mode enabled, log in with your own account), and a desk—perfect for working remotely or journaling about your trip. The kitchen and bathroom are compact but functional, stocked with the basics for cooking and personal care. 🚪 Please note: Two closets are locked for storage. You may hear loud radiator clanking (particularly in the colder months). Some guests are fine with it — but light sleepers might find it disruptive. I just want to be upfront so you can make the best decision for your comfort. Fully functional but noisy toilet Some visible wear and tear (older paint, etc.) Please note: Because this is a first-floor apartment in an older NYC building, there's a chance you might see a roach or water bug from time to time. They can occasionally get in through small gaps, like under the door or around the radiator (you can spot one of the radiators in the photos). The building has regular pest control as a preventive measure. We also kindly ask that you store food properly and wipe down surfaces during your stay to help keep things pest-free.
