Charlottes Lane is a cosy guesthouse, perfect for your next getaway. Escape the hustle and bustle of town and experience real alpine views! Conveniently located just 7 minutes from town and only 35 minutes from both the snow resorts of Thredbo and Perisher. This newly refurbished three bedroom, one bathroom self-contained guesthouse is located on the lower level of our 2 storey home (where we live) on 10 acres, with its own private access and parking area. Features include a full bathroom, full kitchen with all kitchen essentials, laundry with washing machine, flat screen TV with Amazon firestick, Netflix, DVD and Blu-Ray player, air conditioning, luxury linen and towels, bathroom essentials and complimentary tea, coffee and condiments you will have all you need for a stress-free, relaxing stay. There is a beautiful outdoor area for your use, with a heated spa, dining table and wood fired pizza oven with uninterrupted snow-capped mountain views! Wildlife is also abundant here with regular kangaroos, echidnas, wombats, kookaburras and many more native birdlife and animals grazing on the property. *We would like to let our guests know that we are a young family with a baby, toddler and a dog. Whilst we take every action possible to minimise our noise and disturbance to guests, there will be times where there may be unavoidable noise from our level. This isn’t excessive or anything, but please take this into account before making your booking as we would hate to have any negative impact on our guests. If occasional noise from a toddler bothers you, this property most likely isn’t suitable for your needs* We have a check-in time of 4pm to accommodate back-to-back bookings. If you would like to request an earlier check-in, we will do our best to assist and can let you know on the day if we are able to accommodate this. Guest access The keys will be accessed with a unique code for the lockbox given at each stay. We will be nearby if anything is needed however.
