Sansicario Alto: apartment with a view of Chaberton

Spacious and cozy apartment, recently renovated and furnished, located in the center of Via Lattea, perfect location for summer and winter vacations. Consisting of an entrance hall, living room, kitchenette, two bedrooms, and a large south-facing terrace overlooking the Chaberton. Two covered parking spaces, one in the residence and one in the town center at the foot of the slopes. There is a small TV and there is NO wi-fi. In the building, there is a children's playroom and laundry. Located at the end of the village, very quiet. The space IMPORTANT INFORMATION Weekly set of sheets and towels are available for €25 for a double bed and €20 for a single bed (to be paid on site). From the house to the center of the village it is 10/15 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by car. Guest access The residence's parking lot is a few meters from the elevator that leads to the apartment floor. Other things to note The tourist tax of one euro per person over 12 years of age and per day of stay must be paid on site.
