Description
Traditionally built Log Cabin in a woodland setting, with exceptional views of the Western Fells. Relaxing and Cosy Atmosphere with a wood burning stove. The Cabin comprises of a Kitchen, mezzanine Bedroom, living area and adjoining bathroom. ( I list this cabin for 2 people but would consider allowing up to 4 guests if you contact me especially if you wanted to bring children for instance) Please note this property may not be suitable for guests with specific disabilities if a fire occurred. The space The Space includes an open plan, cosy living area, dining table and chairs and Fully equipped Kitchen; with gas hobs, an oven and microwave. This space, along with an exterior decking, is the perfect place for socialising, or possibly small gatherings. The Mezzanine bedroom has beautiful views over the western fells of The Lake District, from a comfortable double bed, and alternate view into nearby woodland. There is also a sofa bed in the living area, perfect to accommodate an additional 2 people. The Log Cabin is an alternative place for a romantic weekend, or a get away with friends. Nearby amenities include Seascale Beach, restaurants/ pubs, Golf Course, grocery stores and a pharmacy. Slightly further a field, a 15 minute drive will take you to 'Britains Best View' over Wastwater or the beautiful Eskdale valley, both of these are the perfect place for both easy and more challenging hikes. Guest access The Cabin is a private self contained space, with its own drive and ample parking. It is located on the edge of a woodland area, nearby to the owners small holding. Easily accessed from main roads. Other things to note Stair access to Mezzanine level is very steep– and therefore not suitable for residents with limited mobility. Please note that access to the bathroom is outside.
