Comfortable accommodation near the center of Cologne

The house where the apartment is located is constantly inhabited by us. We, Anu and Martin, also see Airbnb as a way to connect. That's why we'd love to have a coffee together :-) We don't see ourselves so much as an inexpensive hotel alternative. The space The lockable apartment itself is located on the 3rd floor of our house. Access to the apartment is through the shared staircase. The staircase is carpeted. The first floor and the second floor are occupied by us. The apartment has two rooms and a bathroom. The larger room has a cozy 180*200 cm bed, a kitchenette, and a clothes rack. In the smaller room there is a sofa bed for 2 people (140*200), a secretary and two small folding tables that can be used as dining tables. Tips for hiking, sightseeing, families as well as a city map and timetables for trams and buses can be found in the secretary. We are also happy to advise you individually. Guest access The small apartment is exclusively for the use of the guests. You will get your own key to the house and can thus get into your apartment. There is a separate key for this. Other things to note Check-in after 9 pm is possible for a small fee (€10.00). Please let us know in advance. Due to legal regulations in Cologne, a tourist tax is to be paid. This is then on site.
