Situated at the rear of the property our cozy 60 sqm Granny Flat is a private and enclosed space with separate access from the main house. Kingsgrove train station is located just 10 minutes walk then 5 stops to Domestic / International Airport. Sydney CBD is approx. 25 mins via train. Free street parking. The space This lovely and cozy granny flat is perfect for 4 hosts and provides a quiet escape in the suburbs of Sydney. Located about 16km from the Sydney CBD and a short drive to the airport. As we love to travel, we know what you need and our place is fully equipped with everything you need. Our Granny flat has a comfy queen sized bed and double bed in the lounge area. We also provide a travel cot and high chair if needed (for up to 2 years old). Children older than 2 years old need to be booked as additional guest. The Kitchen has a Nespresso coffee machine, gas cooktop, electric oven, toaster, kettle, rice cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Tea and coffee is provided. Guest access You will have access to the whole house including a courtyard where you can enjoy dinner or drinks.
