Large north facing deck with gas BBQ and treed outlook. Walk 350m to patrolled beach with surf club, cafe, swimming pool and children's playground. Perfect for couples or young families, 4 persons. extra persons $50 extra per stay. Pets welcome, suitable mainly for small breed dog, only 1 dog permitted if med-large breed, and additional dog is permitted if both are small breeds. $50 per weekend or $100 weekly, This property now has a fenced back yard. Linen is included in all rentals and this is a pet friendly house.
