Everything you need is just a short walk away: Beach, shopping malls, local markets, bars & restaurants, massage & spas, golf course, hospital, railway station, bus station, etc. The space This cozy 35 sq.m apartment is located on the 7th floor of an 8-storey building and features everything you need for a comfortable stay. It includes a one-bedroom with a double bed, a separate living area with a two-seater electric recliner sofa, a bathroom with a hot water shower, and a fully functional kitchenette equipped with a full-size refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, toaster, and electric kettle. A complete set of kitchenware and dining utensils is provided if you'd like to cook — though with so many great restaurants nearby, dining out is highly recommended! Both the bedroom and living room have their own air conditioners for individual comfort. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy some sun, or relax with your morning coffee or evening drink at the outdoor table with two chairs. For your convenience, we’ve also included a front-loading washer and dryer.
