Whether coming here for a short stay or a long vacation, our LeGrand apartment/condo provides a safe and peaceful haven to come home to after a day in the city. Your home away from home is a 1-bedroom condominium with a glass-walled balcony that affords you a view of the Ortigas skyline to the right and the Pasig River to the left. If you are an adrenaline junkie, you will also get a bit of a rush as you look 24 floors down to the pool below. Your place is ideal for 2 persons; however, a friend can stay over and sleep on the comfy pull-out sofa (additional fees apply). The minimalist interiors give you a lot of space and the cozy yet fully-equipped kitchen, hot shower, large bed plus pull-out sofa, flat screen television, two air-conditioners, and spacious living/dining area ensure a very comfortable stay for you. Your fixed telephone line as well as the round-the-clock reception and security guarantee your safety and privacy. For your convenience, the gym, pool, and your personal mailbox are just an elevator ride down. You will also find a laundromat just outside the building when you go through the back entrance. With the rate that technology is advancing nowadays, it's even more important for us to preserve the human connection. While we are not available to greet you in person, one of our family members will be waiting to give you a warm welcome when you arrive. We also place value on your privacy; unless you need anything from us, we will not intrude upon you during your stay. We do hope to wish you a safe journey before you leave. The LeGrand Towers is part of the Eastwood City complex and is the perfect location for vacationers and professionals in town for work. Everything is just a short walk away in this city within a city --- the supermarket, fitness club, salon, malls, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, cinemas, bowling alley, pharmacy, laundromat, etc. Conveniently nestled in the center of Manila, you can quickly get to the airport, the financial district of Makati, the corporate offices in Mandaluyong, the manufacturing plants in Pasig, or the call centers in Quezon City using public transportation or your own private vehicle. (Taxis and jeepneys are in abundance in the area; free shuttle service to specific destinations is also available.) Surf the internet from any area inside your home through a wired or wireless connection. Wireless internet is also widely available in Eastwood City, and you can get it for free in several establishments in the complex.
