Roe Deer cottage is in the village of Pymore 2 miles North of the quirky market town of Bridport. West Bay and the stunning Jurassic Coast are just 3.5 miles away . Light and airy decorated to highlight charming character features Roe Deer Cottage is the perfect hideaway for a relaxing holiday or romantic break. Outside undercover seating area in the garden for summer evenings and wood burning stove for cosy winter nights. The space Roe Deer Cottage sleeps 3 so is perfect for a small family or friends taking a holiday or a couple for a romantic break. The sunny bedroom at the front has a double bed with ample storage for clothes. All bedding and a hairdryer are provided. The bathroom has an electric shower over the bath and towels are provided. The sitting room is beamed and there is a wood burning stove which is ideal after a chilly winter countryside or nearby beach walk. We provide a starter box for the wood burner October to April to use on your arrival. A lot of our guests enjoy making the most of the amazing local pubs cafes and restaurants our local pub is within walking distance and newly refurbished with a really lovely garden . However the kitchen at the cottage is fully equipped for those who prefer to eat in you will also find a welcome tray with Dorset tea , biscuits and milk in the fridge so you can have a cuppa on arrival before going to the shops. Its well worth going to Bridport on a Saturday and Wednesday morning to the market where you will find all sorts of stalls selling local produce. Outside at the cottage there is a small courtyard and an outbuilding containing a washing machine and table top freezer you may also safely store bikes in here. The outbuilding leads to the garden where you can sit and relax there is also an undercover area perfect for summer dining and a glass of wine . Between October and April we supply a starter box for the wood burning stove you can buy kindling and logs locally from Groves garden centre or some of the garages and supermarkets . We ask guests to please bring their own beach towels. Parking for the cottage is in a lay by on the street where there are signs saying parking reserved for cottages 2-6 .
