Nest Residence Apartment - Old Town

It is ready to welcome anybody who likes to taste the spirit of Sarajevo old town. The space The apartment is located in the central zone of the city. It is very close to Japanese embassy. It is 5 minutes of easy walk away from the old part of town (Bascarsija) and other cultural and historic landmarks of Sarajevo such as the Catholic Cathedral, Orthodox church, numerous mosques and a Jewish Synagogue. All famous festivals are held in the streets less than 10 minutes walk from here. A smart and economical way to taste the delights of Sarajevo in a warm & delightful place in the heart of the capital! The apartment has been renovated few years ago and can fulfill all the needs one may have during a short or longer stay. Apartment is located on the 1st floor of a small residential building, and is consisted of a wide hallway, living room, bedroom, small storage, a kitchen and a bathroom. It has 55 square meters. After you open safe door to the apartment you are greeted by a spacious entry hallway. All other spaces are directly connected to that hallway. On the right there is the bathroom. There you can find a small cabinet equipped with bathroom necessities such as soap, shower gel, toilet paper etc. The tap water pressure is excellent, and of course, there is hot water. The next room you can access from the entry hallway is a fully equipped kitchen, with a round table, fridge, electrical oven, water kettle. The kitchen has access to a small storage room and a balcony. Straight from the hallway there are two rooms. The left one is living room with a corner sofa, club table and cable TV. The other one is spacious bedroom, with a wardrobe. The whole apartment has its own gas powered heating system. Guest access Inside you'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay: cable TV, stereo system, wireless high-speed internet, sofa beds, linen and towels, shampoo, slippers, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and some cooking basics etc. Equipment is brand new, everything is in order and you shall have no problems with them. Internet access is excellent. Other things to note We are extremely flexible on check in/out times, unless there is another party either checking out on the same day you arrive, or checking in on the same day that you are departing. In which case the check in and out times are as follows: Check out time is 12:00 am Check in time is 17:30 pm or later Check-out is also very simple. Lock the door and leave a key in the post box next to entrance door.
