The space The Flip Flop Room compares to most Master Bedrooms. Flip Flop room has electric fireplace for atmosphere and walk in closet. Larger than average Flip Flop bedroom has its own private bath. It has a two person table for eating or reading or writing. DVD player & TV for streaming your favorite accounts or choose from the large DVD collection available (10% discount for weekly stays and a 15% discount for one month stay.) Beautiful large pool for laps or enjoyment, cooling off or sunbathing and relaxing. It includes a queen-size bed, closet with lots hangers, dresser with many drawers, a nightstand, table & chairs, and microwave in your room. Private attached bathroom, hairdryer is stored under bathroom sink. A Keurig coffeemaker in hallway with k-cups supplied or bring your own ground coffee, a coffee maker for “pot of coffee” drinkers, a gas BBQ grill for steaks, burgers, hot dogs, etc. A laundry room with an iron and ironing board available. Board games and card table in the Florida Room. Complete kitchen set up for a Chefs delight. During your stay Respect the privacy of the owner. He will be available at check in or possibly by appointment. He will introduce you to the facilities and House Rules. He will also give you a short tour of the area for familiarization on request. Other things to note Reasonable volume on TV's or Radio's during the day but no loud volumes after 10 pm. Microwave in the room but no other appliances allowed in the rooms. Coffee maker and mini refrigerator in the hall to share. Waste bin outside the room.
