I will do everything for your comfortable stay))) The space The guesthouse is located in the center of Tbilisi, in the Saburtalo district, within walking distance of the metro station (about 3 minutes) Technical University and bus stop, Old Tbilisi and Rustaveli can be reached in 10 - 15 minutes. To the station ( where including the largest grocery market in Tbilisi - Desertirsky market), from where trains depart to Batumi, Armenia and Azerbaijan 2 stops by metro or 5 minutes by car. It is very convenient to take a bus from Tbilisi airport, a 37 non-stop bus to the Circus stop, from there it is a 7-10 minute walk, I can meet you by car near the stop. There are many different restaurants around the guesthouse, cafes, shops, both grocery and many chain stores, etc. There are several banks nearby, many exchange offices. Guesthouse is located in the center of Tbilisi, in a multi-storey residential building, on the 8th floor in a large spacious apartment with high three-meter ceilings. The total area of the apartment is 170 sq.m. There is one entrance in the house, there are two elevators. There is a security camera on the ground floor, and an intercom is also installed, the keys to which are provided to you at check-in. Cleaning of the entire apartment, including bathtub and toilet, kitchen, all other common areas, as well as rooms of rented rooms are daily from 12pm to 4pm (!!! If you book the entire apartment, cleaning takes place before arrival, as agreed, you can clean in the middle of your stay). Room is cleaned at the discretion of the guest. If you stay longer than 5 nights, I suggest you change bed linen and towels for 6 days. Guest access There are 3 rooms in the guesthouse, which are rented for our guests. The whole apartment is well renovated and has convenient furniture. Two of the rooms have a shared balcony. The third room has a big window. IT IS IMPORTANT that this is a general listing for all three rooms, when you book through this listing, we are discussing the room you will be staying with you. Rooms of 17 sq.m., 15 sq.m., 14 sq.m. Each room has: *large double bed, *comfortable mattress, *1 pillow and 1 blanket for each guest ( warm blankets in winter and thin summer blankets), *chest of drawers, *bedside table, *air conditioning, *central heating (always working in winter if necessary), *garbage can, *good wifi, *each room is lockable with a unique key, * We provide bed linen and towels. Common are a large and comfortable bathroom and toilet for guests ( hot water, hairdryer, soap, toilet paper), the kitchen of which you can fully use and cook (refrigerator, stove, kettle, dishes, dining table) and a large living room with a comfortable sofa and cable TV. The kitchen and living room have another common large balcony, you can also use it, there are several tables and chairs, a beautiful view of Tbilisi, beautiful sunsets. Free powerful wifi is available throughout the apartment. You can also use the iron and ironing facilities for free. During your stay I speak Russian and speak English very well. As the hostess of the guesthouse, I live in the same apartment ( if you do not book it as a whole), you can always ask for any advice, ask questions or just hang out. I am always online, I try to respond promptly to requests. Other things to note >< Additional cleaning fee to be paid during check-in - 5 lari. I don't add it to the airbnb as they have a minimum fee of $5 regardless of the number of nights, which is not beneficial to my guests. >< In case you want to use the washing machine, the cost of one washing is 2 lari (the price includes washing powder). You can use the iron free of charge. ( If you book the entire apartment, it's free). >< You can order breakfast The cost of breakfasts is 10 lari per guest per night: coffee, tea, sugar, bread, butter, Georgian cheese, cereals, milk, eggs. Please let me know the day before the estimated breakfast. >< My family runs vineyards in the Racha region, so you can also treat yourself to real homemade Georgian wine, both white and chic red for an additional fee. A glass of white wine 5 lari, a glass of red wine 8 lari. >< In case you would like to purchase wine to take it home, please coordinate in advance. The cost of 1 liter of white wine is 30 gel, the cost of 1 liter of red wine is 45 gel (Khvanchkara). Please do not forget that there are international restrictions on the import of alcohol, as a rule, 3 liters for alcohol. >< Transfer is also provided, please confirm it in advance. From/To Tbilisi International Airport 30 gel. I have a small Nissan Note car, two large suitcases fit. >< In case you need to transfer to another point, please be agreed upon on a case-by-case basis. >< This includes ordering me and my car so that I can take you to other areas, sometimes my guests come to an agreement and share the costs with each other. You pay for gasoline (counted on the mile through, my car spends from 7 to 8 liters for 100 km) and my services: a whole day is 50 couples, if the trip is a maximum of 6 hours, then 35 pairs, if the trip is a maximum of 3 hours, then 20 gel. Only day tours are available: regions of Kakheti, Imereti, Kartli, Kartli, Mtskheta, the city in the cliff of Uplistsikhe, Borjomi, Bakuriani, the Georgian road towards the border with Russia - Ananuri and Zhinval Reservoir, Gudauri.
