Bright, spacious and cozy, renovated terraced house from 1964. Situated in quiet residential district, 12 min. by car from the inner city and all of Copenhagen's sights. The area has been enriched in recent years with a whole new district, Ørestaden, where there is both the shopping center Fields, cinema and the Royal Arena, a newly built concert venue. 10 min. to the east lies Amager Strandpark, a fantastic recreation area, with water sports, yoga, sauna and different food stalls. The space Bright and nice, with Danish Design, with a modern twist. We like things clean and tidy. Guest access The whole house, apart from 1 room i the basement. In the basement you find a washing machine and a tumble dryer for free use.
