The Suite is located in our walkout, garden level basement, which is accessed by an exterior staircase. We are an active family with two school-aged children who live upstairs, so you will hear footsteps when we are home. We live on the property and look forward to being available during your stay should you need anything. The Suite has a private entrance with self-check in and is locked-off from the upstairs, so your preferences will determine how much interaction you have with us. We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood, steps away from Louisville's extensive walking/bike path system, the Louisville Arboretum, and newly renovated Rec Center, where you can enjoy full views of the Rocky Mountains while you workout or swim. Super quick and easy access to Boulder makes this a great home base for those visiting CU Boulder, Naropa University, or Rocky Mountain National Park. Old Town Louisville (about 2 miles away) offers an array of restaurants, breweries, coffee and ice cream shops. We are one mile from Highway 36, about 10 minutes from Boulder, and 25 minutes from down town Denver. The public transit bus system to DIA, Denver and Boulder is also 1 mile away. It is an easily walk-able mile, with side walks. We are located steps from the Open Space path system that weaves through our entire town, and provides great running, walking and biking opportunities.
